sounds good, I didn't know porridge is good for when your stomach hurts! Any chance of giving me a ratio oats/water? I'm new to porridge! And how much is a one person serving? - 3/28/10

Hello dear AGGIELIZ!
I am not the type to measure everything in a recipe!Sorry about that. I usually put 2-3 tbs to 1-2 glasses of water and stir it untill creamy. I like it plain or with some salt. It helps me and my kids a lot,for most of stomach aches.
