zucchini pancakes

Ingredients
5 cups shredded zucchini3/4tsp salt1 cup egg beaters2 cloves garlic3/4 cwhole wheat flour1/2 c parmesan cheese1 raw onion4 tsps mrs. dash
Directions
shred zucchini, onion & garlic in food processer, put in a colander w/ a wieghed plate on top to remove excess water 15 min, mix all ingrediants together, use 1/4 cup to measure pancakes, cook in a hot skillet sprayed w/pam brown on both sides. serve w/lite sour cream makes 15 pancakes.
