Low Carb Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
2/3 cup Madhava Agave Syrup 1/2 cup Olive Oil2 large eggs3 medium bananas1 3/4 cup chickpea flour1/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all the wet ingredients by hand. Once they have mixed well add the dry ingredients. Stir until thick and well mixed.
Pour into a bread pan . Bake until golden and a toothpick in the center comes out clean. about 35-45 minutes.

    Kudos for using alternative flours, but this isn't low carb at all. I could just slice half a banana and put it on a piece of bread and get fewer carbs than this. - 5/2/12
