1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt1 cup nonfat milk1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup grated carrot2 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup Splenda1 cup oat bran1 1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg
Mix together rolled oats through carrot and let stand. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a pie plate with cooking spray.
To the bowl of rehydrated oatmeal add the remaining ingredients. Mix to form a dough, and then turn out into pie plate. Bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until browned.
Cut pie into 6 wedges.
