3/4 c splenda2 c oats1/2 c sunny boy cereal1/4 c golden ground flax1 c bran4 TBSP cinnamon2.5 c whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powderMIX all dry ingredients1 tsp vanilla extract1 c egg white substitute3/4 c applesauce unsweetened1 c skim milk2 extra small bananasMIX wet ingredientsadd 1/2 c craisins1/3 c walnuts2/3 c almonds
Directions
Bake at 350 degrees in pre-heated oven for 11 minutes
Drop 2 rounded TBSP per cookie on a silicone baking mat or pam sprayed cookie sheet
Cool on baking racks
