Ingredients
Directions
CRUST:1 Tbsp yeast1 tsp salt4 Cups flour1 1/2 Cups warm water1 Tbsp sugar1 eggSAUCE:1 cup tomato sauce (canned)1 Tbsp pizza seasoning (to taste)TOPPING:1 lb extra lean hamburgerchopped onion to taste1 lb mozzerella cheese
Dissolve yeast in warm water, add salt and sugar and blend in flour. Bake at 425 degrees for aprox. 10 minutes, then remove and add pizza toppings. Bake again for 15 minutes or until done depending on how many toppings were added!
Can also just tear off dough and roll into strips then bake for yummy breadsticks.
The Sauce I put in a pan and simmer for 15 minutes or so while preparing crust & toppings so flavors can meld.
Fry the onion with the hamburger, then load the crust as usual for pizza.
