Smart Veggie Meatlessballs

Ingredients
1 pkge Smart Original Ground1 Large egg1/3 cup Plain Bread Cumbs.5 c Kraft Grated Parmesan2 tbs. garlic powder or to taste1 tsp dried basil1 tsp dried oregano2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients except olive oil. Use a .25 cup measuring cup and fill each time with mixture to shape each meatball. I made 18 meatballs and thus recipe is for 18 servings) Cover non-stick oven proof sheet with olive oil, 1 tbsp of olive oil, place meatballs on sheet , drizzle remaining oil on meatballs. Bake in 450 oven for a few minutes, until bottoms are browned, loosen with spatula and turn with tongs. Bake for an additional 3-5 min. You can broil for 1 minute if you prefer extra browning. They can be fried also, but carefully turn as they can break easily. Drain on paper towels. Serve with your favorite sauce recipe. Enjoy!
