Indian tomato bhaat

Ingredients
100 grams / 1 cup of sooji / wheatlets 1 cup tomato pieces1 cup onion pieces1 tblsp oil1 tblsp garam masalasalt to taste
Directions
Add 1 tblsp oil to the pan and add onions once they turn translucent then add the tomatoes and add water ( 2cups for 1 cup of wheatlets) and add salt, garam masala to the water and once it starts boiling, add the wheatlets to it and simmer it for 5 min on low flame and once the water is evaporated, switch off the gas.

1 cup ( 100 grms) makes 8 1/4th cup servings.
