in order for this to be a gyro it would be better to use feta cheese and a cucumber sauce. - 3/3/10

I used a small steak I had in the freezer, a whole, very small onion, and half a green pepper. I just used S&P to season, but will buy Greek seasoning for this. I also had some real Tzatziki sauce to put atop the lettuce and I had enough for 2 meals. I didn't add any cheese, and it was great. - 4/2/10
