Brittnie's Vegetarian Cheese Quesadillas

*1/8 cup Kraft Fat-Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese*1/8 cup Kraft Fat-Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese*1 Tam-X-Ico Lo-Carb Wheat Tortilla*1/2 cup Quorn Meatless Soy-Free Chik'n Tenders*1/2 cup water
Makes 1 serving (approximately 3-4 quesadilla "wedges").
1) Heat a sautee pan on medium until a water droplet fizzes when dropped into the pan.
2) Put Quorn Chik'nTenders in pan and add water. "Healthy sautee" the tenders until the water has fully evaporated and the tenders are warm and slightly browned, about 3-5 minutes.
3) Remove the Quorn tenders and turn the heat down to Medium-Low.
4) Place the Tam-X-Ico Tortilla in the pan and add the Quorn Tenders and Kraft Cheeses to ONE HALF of the tortilla. Fold the empty side on top, so that the quesadilla forms a half-moon shape.
5) Flip the quesadilla over once the cheese has begun to melt. Cook for an additional minute or so, until the cheese is fully melted and the quesadilla is at your desired level of crispiness.
