So Easy Apple Raisin Muffins

Ingredients
2 C Flour2 tsp. Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1 tbsp Cinnamon (or use only 1 tsp if you don't like strong cinnamon taste)1 tbsp Sugar1 Egg 2 tbsp Canola Oil1/2 C Apple Juice1 C. Apple Sauce 1/3 C. Raisins 1/2 C. Chopped Walnuts Optional and not in Nutrition Count you can add some chopped apples....I usually use 1/4 cup if I'm adding this
Directions
Combine all ingredients, mixing until just blended

be careful not to over mix, texture will be a little chewy if you overmix batter

Pour into muffin tins that are sprayed with cooking spray

Bake at 350 Degrees for 20 minutes
