Sugar Free Banana Bread with Quinoa Flour & Salba

1 cup Splenda1/2 cup low fat butter or margarine (your choice)1 cup mashed bananas fully ripe about 2-5 bananas1 egg1/4 cup 1% milk1 and 3/4 cups Quinoa flour or whole wheat flour 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)2 tablespoons of Ground SalbaFor more protein add nuts. For a burst of yummy add an additional 1/2 cup of peanut butter...Add bake-able protein powder with extra milk /extra banana for moisture if you still need more protein.
Temperature: 350" for 45-50 minutes or until done. Grease pans. Makes one loaf. Double batch for more yummy bread cause it goes fast!
