Healthy Wheat and Gluten Free Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 bunch broccoli1 zucchini1 yellow squash1/2 red bell pepper1 1/2 cups baby carrots1/2 red onion12 oz brown rice pasta1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil4 tbsp annie's balsamic vinaigrette
Directions
boil water and cook pasta to desired tenderness, drain and rinse in cold water
steam broccoli and carrots
sautee bell pepper, onion and squash in 1 tbsp olive oil
turn off heat and add steamed veggies
add entire mixture to pasta
add 1/2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp annie's balsamic vinaigrette
toss and serve

makes 10 1-cup servings
