1/2 a green bell pepper, chopped into large pieces1/2 a red bell pepper, chopped into large pieces1/2 a cucumber, peel on, chopped into large pieces1/2 a cup of red onion, chopped into slices, large pieces can be chopped in half1/3 a cup of crumbled feta cheese3 tbsp of your favorite Greek dressing
Chop all the vegetables into large pieces that are still bite-sized and easy to eat. Toss together in a large bowl with cheese and dressing, and serve cold. If you want the flavors to be stronger, prepare and toss before hand, cover with cling wrap, and refridgerate for at least one hour.
