Broccoli Potato Soup

2 broccoli crowns, chopped5 large potatoes, peeled and diced2 stalks celery, chopped fine1 can chicken broth1 cup non-fat milk4 slices Turkey bacon, cooked and crumbed (optional)1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)1 tbsp Garlic Powder (or to taste)1 tbsp Onion Powder (or to taste)Salt and Pepper to taste
Peel and cube potatoes, chop broccoli and celery. Put all into crock pot with 1 can chicken broth and 1 1/2 cans of water. Add Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, and Pepper. Cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove lid from Crock Pot, stir. Add milk and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle cheese and crumbled bacon over the top of the soup.
