Toasted Asian Sesame Chicken Salad

Ingredients
24 oz. (1 1/2 lbs.) of stewed chicken meat, using both dark and light meat, with bones and skin removed4 Tbsp. honey1 Tbsp. lemon juice1 Tbsp. fresh minced garlic (approx. 5-7 peeled cloves)1 tsp. dried oregano1 tsp. ground ginger1/4 tsp. black pepper1 tsp. dried parsley1 tsp. dried rosemary1 tsp. dried thyme1 tsp. ground sage1/2 tsp. salt (table salt)1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar1 Tbsp. Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing, Light
Directions
Boil a 3-4 lb. roasting or fryer chicken for approx. 30 minutes or 'til cooked through. Cool for approx. 30 or until it can be handled easily. Remove all skin, bones and fat and discard. Chop up 24 oz. (or 1 1/2 lbs.) of the white and dark meat and set aside. Mix together all the other ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chopped chicken. Mix together well and refrigerate for 2-4 hours or 'til chilled. Enjoy over chopped lettuce, in a pita pocket or on whole wheat or multi-grain bread. Makes 10 1/2 cup servings.
