Nan's Orange Drizzle Poppy Seed Muffins

Ingredients
1 c quick oats1 cup TROPICANA 50 orange juice1 1/2 c whole wheat flour1/2 cup splenda1 tsp Baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1 tblsp orange zest1/4 cup egg beaters.Glaze: 1/4 cup powdered sugar1 tablespoon finely grated orange peel(zest)1 tablespoon of water or more to get right consistency
Directions
mix all wet ingredients(except 1 tbsp water for glaze) in bowl and then add oatmeal and let sit for 5 minutes.In another bowl add all other dry ingredients( except powdered sugar and 1 tblsp orange zest for glaze) and mix together. Add all ingredients together just till moistened. Do not over mix.
Fill non stick spray coated muffin pan (12) and fill each 3/4 full. Bake at350 for 15 minutes or until inserted tooth pick comes out clean. Leave in pans for 7 minutes to cool. When completely cool drizzle orange glaze lightly over each muffin.


Glaze: 1 tblsp water, 1/4 cup powdered sugar,
and 1 tblsp of finely grated orange peel together till smooth.and of right consistency to drizzle.
