Summer Squash Medley

Ingredients
Directions
1 good sized zuccini1 large yellow squash1/2 Sweet red bell pepper1/2 Green bell pepper1 small yellow onion1/2 tsp sea salt1/4 tsp black pepper2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
perpare all the vegitables by cleaning them and sliceing them using a julienne cut. the squash, peppers and onion should be in long strips maybe 1/4 inch thick or so.
Heat a large skillet and add the olive oil. Allow the oil to get hot but not smokey.
Add all the vegitables, the salt and pepper. Toss the mixture freequently allowing them to cook to an almost done state, just slighty al dente.
Serve immediately.
