Protein Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients
1-banana (medium)4.5 oz - Tofu (firm) (if you use an 18oz block - cut it into 4 squares - each square will be 4.5 oz)2 tbsps - sugar free chocolate syrup1 scoop (14.5 gms) - Soy Protein Powder1/3 cup - vanilla soy milk2 tbsps - Flax Seed (ground)2 tbsps - Benefiber1/2 cup - Water2 - ice cubs
Directions
Place all items into a blender or Magic Bullet container - blend until smooth

Once fully blended then add the ice cubs - blend until smooth again
