Dirty Yellow Rice

Ingredients
*Mahatma saffron yellow rice, 10 oz *Lean Ground Sirloin 10% Fat, 32 oz Water, tap, 2.66 cup (8 fl oz) Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia), chopped
Directions
1. Prepare yellow rice according to package directions.
2. While rice is cooking, combine ground beef and onion, and brown the mixture.
3. When rice and beef are finished cooking, combine them.

**I usually add season salt to the ground beef to keep the beef mixture from being bland.
