Wheatberry Salad with fruit

Ingredients
1 cup - wheatberries, uncooked2 tbsp - flaxseed oil1 tbsp - olive oil1 large - red delicious apple, chopped1/2 - yellow sweet pepper, chopped1/8 tsp - salt1 tsp - curry powder2 tbsp - Fat free Poppyseed Dressing
Directions
Bring to boil 1 cup of wheatberries with 4 cups of water. Once boiling, reduce down to a soft boil for 2 hours. Test berries, they should be soft, yet have a little soft crunch. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Mix all ingredients together .
