General Tso's Chicken with Brown Rice

Ty ling General Tso's sauce, 4 tbsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Brown Rice, long grain, 3 cup Cooking SprayCrushed Red Pepper (optional)Tabasco Habanero Sauce- 2 dash (optional)
Cook rice as directed. I use a rice cooker- usually cooks in about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, spray 12 inch deep skillet with cooking spray. Cut chicken into 1/2 inch cubes. Put frozen broccoli, chicken and spices into skillet and heat on HIGH. Once the chicken looks about half cooked, add sauce. Heat until everything is thoroughly cooked. Serve on top of the rice.
