Tuna fish cakes

Ingredients
Mashed Potatoes, 2 cup (remove)Tuna, Canned in Light Oil, 1 can (remove)Flour, whole grain, 10 grams (remove)seasoning, eg salt, pepper, mixed herbs or bar-b-que seasoning.
Directions
Add Tuna to mashed ptatoes, season to taste.
Form into patties roll lightly in flour, refridgerate for a while.Cook in hot non-stick pan sprayed with a little olive oil spray until golden brown and hot all the way through. Makes six patties, which I seve with a tossed salad.
