Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Beef, lean1 cups of Salsa 1 cup of Shredded Cheese, mexican style* Can add more salsa but will change nurtitional value
Directions
Pat out your hamburgers, 1lb should give you 4 burgers ( or more if you like them small).Cook burgers in skillet . Once they are cooked through (no pink). Pour the salsa right over top of the burgers and then top with the cheese. Cover and let simmer til cheese is melted.
