Corn and Black Bean Guacamole

Ingredients
1 1/2 Avocado2/3 Cup Black Beans2/3 Cup Corn1/4 Cup Chopped Tomato1 Tblspn Chopped Onion1 Clove of Garlic, Minced1/2 tsp. CilantroJuice of 1 Lime
Directions
Makes 4 1/2 cup servings

Cut avocado into half inch chunks and place in bowl. Add salt and lime juice, and mash with a potatoe masher. You can then add the rest of the ingredients; corn, black beans, tomato(without seeds), onion, garlic, and cilantro. Combine all ingredients and enjoy!
