6 - Roma tomatoes3 - Jalapeno peppers2 - Onions, large1 - Cilantro, bunch4 tbsp - Vinegar2 - lemons, squeezedSalt - to tasteBlack Pepper - to taste
Dice tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, onions, and cilantro. Place in medium to large bowl. Add vinegar and lemon juice. Mix and add vinegar and lemon juice. You may want to add 1/2 of the vinegar and one lemon and taste for additional vinegar. Add salt and black pepper to taste. You may find that the salt and black pepper aren't needed.
Note: If you are sensitive to spicy foods, you may want to only use 1 jalapeno pepper.
Makes approximately 10 - 1/2 cup servings.
