Lemon Cups

Ingredients
1 cup sugar1/4 cup all-purpose flour2 TBS veg,oildash of salt1/3 cup lemon juice1 1/2 cups milk--scalded3 beaten egg yolks3 stiff beaten egg whites
Directions
Combine sugar,flour,oil and salt. Add lemon juice. Stir milk into egg yolks, add to lemon mixture. Fold in egg whites.

Pour into 8 ungreased--5oz custard cups. Set cups in shallow pan and pour hot water around them about 1 inch deep.

Bake at 325*----40 minutes or til cake on top is done. Serve warm or chilled.
