Family's Meat Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Turkey3 Scallions, chopped4 Tbsp. Chili powder1 Tbsp Garlic PowderSalt & Pepper to taste1 (6 oz.) Can of Tomato paste1 can of Diced TomatoesWater
Directions
Cook the ground turkey in a skillet with the scallions and seasonings. Add the tomato paste and allow to cook for a couple minutes before adding the diced tomatoes. Stir well, adding water to your desired consistency.

Serve over brown rice and a corn muffin....

or on a bun.
