Spicy Italian Submarine Sandwich

1 6" Italian submarine or hoagie bun1 thin slice Black Forest Ham1.5 thin slices hard salami3 thin slices sandwich pepperoni2 thin slices hot capicola1 thin slice provolone cheese2 slices red tomato1 thin slice sweet onion1/2 ounce mild pepper rings1/2 tablespoon light mayonnaise
Slice bun in half lengthwise. Layer meats and cheese on both sides. Place both halves on baking sheet; meat and cheese side up. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Top with tomato and onion slices, pepper rings and mayonnaise. Close sandwich halves together; cut in half crosswise. Serves 1 - whole sandwich cut in half
