Savory Stuffed Peppers- Minute Rice recipe

Ingredients
4 lg. bell peppers1 c Minute Brown Rice, uncooked2 T Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning1 lb lean ground beef1 egg, lightly beaten24 oz low- sodium marinara sauce1/4 c Parmesean cheese
Directions
Preheat oven 350 F

Remove tops and seeds from peppers. Place int deep oven-proof baking dish.

Combine Rice, seasoning, beef egg and bread crumbs, blend well. Stuff mixture into peppers.

Pour sauce over peppers and sprinkle with cheese. Cover dish and bake 45 min or until meat is cooked (160F)
