Bowtie Chicken Soup

Ingredients
2 T. olive oil1 c. chopped celery1 c. chopped onion1 c. chopped carrots1 c. chopped bell pepper--I used yellow1 c. chopped mushrooms8 oz. chopped boneless skinless chicken breasts2 qt. water2 T. Spike Seasoning3 cloves minced garlic
Directions
Start by pan-steaming chicken breasts in a covered pan till cooked. Remove and chop into cubes. Place oil in soup pot, saute onions, celery, bell pepper, mushrooms, carrots till onions are translucent. Add Spike and garlic and cook a few minutes, then add chicken and water--simmer for about 10 min. then bring to a boil. Add bowties and cook at a boil for about 7 min. Remove from heat and serve. Makes about 4 big 2 cup servings. Add salt to taste.
