Ingredients
1 pound light Velveeta Cheese1 pound lean ground beef, cooked and drained1 can 12 oz whole kernal corn, undrained1 can 15 oz kidney beans, undrained1 jalapeno pepper, diced (optional)1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained1 can 14.5 oz stewed tomatoes, undrained1 envelope taco seasoning

Combine cheese, beef, corn, beans, jalapeno, if desired, tomatoes, and taco seasoning in Crock Pot Slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low 4 to 5 hours or on High 3 hours. Serve with corn chips if desired.
