Chocolate Chip, Coconut, & Peanut Butter Granola Bars

Ingredients
2 1/2 cup Rice Krispies2 cup oats2/3 cup packed brown sugar2/3 cup honey1/2 cup peanut butter1 tsp vanilla1/4 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1/4 cup packed coconut1/4 cup chocolate chips, minis1/4 cup peanuts
Directions
In a large bowl, combine Rice Krispies and oats. Grease or line a 9x13 inch pan.

Mix brown sugar, honey, and peanut butter in a small saucepan. Stir over medium heat until just boiling. Add to cereal mixture along with vanilla, cinnamon, salt, peanuts, coconut and chocolate chips.

Press into the prepared pan using a spatula or your hands. Set aside to cool, then cut into bars.
