Toasted Almond Chicken

Ingredients
6 skinned chicken breasts1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper3 tbsp butter1 1/2 c whipping cream2 tbsp orange marmalade1 tbsp Dijon mustard1/8 tsp crushed red pepper1 pkg sliced almonds
Directions
flatten chicken with meat mallet and salt and pepper. Melt butter in pan and cook breast for 2-3 minutes each side.Remove chicken reduce heat and add whipping cream, marmalade, and dijon mustard. Return chicken, sprinkle with almonds and cook for 8 min.
