Pasta e Fagioli

Ingredients
2 oz pasta1 lb. grouin d beef1 c. chopped onions1 T. minced garlic1 c. chopped carrot1 (14 1/2 oz ) can Italian diced tomatoes1 (15 oz) can Great Northern Beans (drained)1 (15 oz0 can kidney beans (drained)1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce1 (11 1/2 oz can V83 c. beef broth1 c. water1 T. white vinegar1/3 c. parsley1 t. basil1/2 t. thyme12 t. black pepper1 t. oregano
Directions
Cook pasta.
Brown beef in stock pot over med-hi heat. When almost cooked through, add garlic and cook until meat is done. Add onions, celery and carrots. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add all ingredients but pasta. Simmer 45 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes. Add pasta and simmer 15 minutes more.
