Pasta Crab Salad

Ingredients
12 oz. box butterfly or rotini pasta8 oz. package crab meat (imitation)1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes3 diced green onions1 cup diced green pepper3 cups chopped broccoli1/4 cup low fat zesty italian dressing1/4 cup parmesan cheese1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise
Directions
Prepare pasta as directed. While the pasta is cooking combine mayonnaise and italian dressing. Chop the crab meat, tomatoes, green onions, green pepper, and broccoli. Add broccoli to boiling pasta a couple of minutes before the pasta is done to slightly cook the broccoli. Drain and rinse pasta and broccoli with cold water. Allow to dry for a few minutes. Combine all the ingredients adding the parmesan cheese at the end. Chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Makes 12 one cup servings.
