Chicken Parmesan (Lightly Breaded)

Ingredients
1/4 C Bread crumbs1/2 C Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (Part Skim)1 Tsp Italian Seasoning (no salt)2 Egg Whites4 Boneless Chicken Fillets
Directions
Mix bread crumbs, 1/4 C of shredded mozzarella cheese, and Italian seasoning in bowl.

Dredge fillets through egg whites, then dip into bread/cheese mix, covering the fillet completely.

Place in baking dish.

Sprinkle remaining 1/4 C of mozzarella cheese over fillets in baking dish.

Cook at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
