This recipe is filling, tasty and easy. You can let it cook for hours on low or put it on high to warm it up- both ways turn out great. Just open and dump.Throw in: 3 cans of Great Northern Beans1 can of Rotell Tomatoes and Chilies 1 package of pre-prepared Tyson's grilled chicken stripsJust stir and let it warm for about 15 minutes and top with low fat sour cream
