8 potatoes 1 onion 8 baby carrots sliced1 can of mushroom soup1 cup diced cheddar cheese
Directions
peal and cut up potaotes cook with the onion and the carrots until the carrots are tender. then add the mushroom soup and the cheese stir often until the cheese melts into the soup. makes 8 servings
