Pumpkin Squares

Ingredients
2 large egges 1 Can pumpkin1Can fat-free evaporated milk1 cup of Splenda1/2 cup reduced fat baking mix1 tsp cinnamon1tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350%
Mix all ingredients well with mixer or can be mixed in blender till very smooth. I use a blender. Pour into square Pyrex dish or round pie plate that have been sprayed with cooking spray Bake for about an hour and check for doneness with toothpick. Cool and enjoy.
