RV Chicken Breast

Ingredients

Skinless, boneless chicken breast (4)olive oil (3 tbls.)garlic (3 cloves, chopped)balsamic vinegar (about 3 tbls.)onion powder (2 tsp.)
Chop garlic and press into each breast on one side only.
sprinkle with onion powder, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Place in plastic bag or cover dish and allow to marinate for at least 1-2 hrs. in refrigerator.
Remove from bag and cook on grill until done. Cooking time will vary depending on thickness of chicken and temperature of grill.
NOTE: You may need to add a bit more of each ingredient depending on the size of each breast. More garlic never hurts, but go easy on the balsamic or meat will become too vinegary.
