Mexi Corn & Black Bean Casserole

Ingredients
1 Chicken Breast1/2 cup Black Bean & Corn Salsa1 can Diced tomatoes3 6" Corn Tortillas1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar1/2 cup Brown Rice
Directions
Boil chicken until shredable. Disgard water. Shred chicken and mix with salsa and diced tomatoes. Heat to boil. Spray a six inch round casserole dish with cooking spray. Put a little chicken mixture on bottom of casserole dish. Layer corn tortillia, chicken mixture and 1/3 of the cheese. continue for three layers. Bake covered until heated through.
