2 Vine Ripe tomatos2 Sundried Tomato (not in nutrition value bc it wasnt in sparkp)1/4 red bell peppera few tsp of oregano1 date1 tbsp fresh giner1 garlic clove1/4 cup cold pressed olive oil1 shallotceltic sea salt and pepper to taste

Raw fantastic!

Put all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet and blend until smooth. Then pour over zucchini "noodles" or anything else you wish!
