Greek cucumber and tomato salad

Ingredients
2 english cucumbers, diced3 cups diced roma tomatoes (3-4 tomatoes)1.5 cups feta cheese ( I use variety seasoned with basil and sun dried tomato)1 cup sliced black olives6 pieces sun dried tomatoes (in jar with olive oil) diced, oil reserved to drizzle on salad1/2 small red onion, diced
Directions
Toss all ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Makes about 16 servings, 1/2 cup each.
