Apple Cinnamon Whole Wheat Waffles/Pancakes

Ingredients
Whole wheat pancakes/waffles2 c. whole wheat berries3 c. milk (1%, Soy, reconstituted powder milk - I have tried all of them and all work great)Blend in blender for 4 minutes.Then add:2 eggs2 tsp. baking powder2 T. Agave Nectar (or 4 T sugar)2 tsp. salt2/3 c. oil1/2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp vanillaBlend again. 1 large apple quartered, core seeds removedPulse in blender to chop applesCook on hot griddle or waffle iron.
Directions
My Belgian waffle iron this makes 7 large round waffles which we break into 28 triangles. We serve this drizzled with agave nectar instead of syrup, with sliced bananas and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.

Makes excellent pancakes too!
