2 6-8 oz ribeyesl1tsp Mc Cormick meat tenderizertwo med cloves of garlic crushed and mincedcurry powder to taste.
Directions
Trim fat off steaks
sprinkle tenderizer on steaks and let sit 2-3 hours
prepare garlic sprinkle on steaks
sprinkle curry on steaks
place on grill cook till perfered doneness
can place under broiler in oven
