Crock Pot Island Pork

Ingredients
6 lbs Pork Loin1 can Mandarin Oranges1 large can crushed pineapple in own juice8 tbsp soy sauceground clovespumpkin pie spicesalt and pepper
Directions
6oz of pork = 1 serving.

This recipe is for 4 - 4 serving meals that can be prepared, frozen and cooked in the crockpot at a later time.

To Prepare:
Rub the ground cloves, salt and pepper into the pork.

Separate the pork loin into 4 gallon ziplock bags

In a bowl mix pumpkin pie spice, oranges, pineapple and soy sauce together and pour equal amounts into each of the 4 bags.

Freeze.

To cook:
Thaw in fridge or put into crock pot frozen, cook on low 6-8 hours.
