Creamy Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
Cooked rotini, 5 cupsTuna in water, 2- 5 oz cansVelveeta cheese, cubed, 4 ouncesLow fat cream of mushroom soup, 1 canSkim milk, 1/2 cupFrozen peas, 1 cupChopped onions, 1/2 cupMargarine, 1 TBS
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Saute chopped onion in a pan with margarine, cooking until onions soften and turn translucent, about 10 minutes.

Add soup, milk and cheese; stir together well. Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted. Add tuna and peas; continue cooking until mixture gets hot. Stir in rotini.

Pour mixture into a greased baking pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.

This makes 6-one cup servings and is delicious served with a green salad.
