*From Linda Larsen*1/4 cup mayonnaise2 tsp. lemon juice1 cup canned cannellini beans, drained and rinsed1 cup chopped cooked chicken1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves8 lettuce leaves8 whole wheat pita pockets
In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and beans. Mix well, mashing beans slightly with fork. Stir in remaining ingredients except lettuce and pitas.
Place lettuce leaves in pita pocket, then fill with filling
Fill pitas and serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 6 hours.
