Italian Cookies

Ingredients
Cookies:1/3 cup sugar2 cups flour 1 T baking powder1/8 t salt4 T cooking oil1/3 cups milk2 eggs, well beaten1 t aniseFrosting:Powdered Sugar, 1 cup, unsifted Milk, 2%, .25 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°. Combine all dry ingredients into a bowl. Make a well in the center and add all of the other ingredients. Mix, blending well. If dough is sticky, add more flour until you have created a firm dough. Break off pieces of the dough to form 1 inch balls. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes.

Combine Powdered Sugar and Milk. Frost while warm.

Makes 24 cookies.
